The Grand Strand Pro Golf Tour held a two day event at the Coastal Carolina University’s Quail Creek on Sunday and Monday.  With a small but strong field Josh Jackson shot back to back 69′s to take a winners check for $925.  Josh played very solid both days and was able to hold off Kellan Altman and Daniel Obermski to win the Championship.  Daniel Obermski shot (-1) 71 the first day to start the second round 3 strokes behind the first round leaders Josh and Kellen.  Daniel managed to charge on day two and fired a tournament low of (-4) 68 to take sole possession of 2nd place and a check for $650.  The GSPGT would like to give thanks to Chuck Johns and the Quail Creek G.C. for holding our event.  The next event is at Black Bear G.C. on May 23rd.
